It is with sadness that due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have postponed our event until next year. An email is being sent to all entrants to arrange an entry fee refund and we hope to see lots of you at next year’s event instead.
A new triathlon for 2020! This exciting new event promises to test experienced athletes and also provides a great opportunity for beginners to try out a multi-disciplined event.
An outdoor pool based Sprint distance triathlon, the event will start with a 400m swim in a 25m heated outdoor pool at Comberton Sports and Arts Centre, followed by a scenic bike route on quiet local Cambridgeshire roads. The 5km run is an out and back on a mainly flat path with one hill midway through.
The event will be a Sprint triathlon consisting of:
- 400M Swim in a 25m heated outdoor pool.
- 19.4K Bike course.
- 5K run – out and back course finishing on playing field.
Early bird entry fee is £35 until midnight February 29th 2020 after which the price will be £40 (plus day licence if not a member of BTF).
TEAM RELAY: £65 (plus day licences if not a member of BTF).
Registration and Transition open at 0800 hours.
Briefing at 0900 for 0915 race start. (tbc)
