Andy Preston, a Sports Psychologist delivered a Zoom talk on Tuesday 1st December. Andy works with triathletes and runners to help them train and race with a robust and adaptable mental game plan. He’s a veteran of marathon running and multi-stage cycling events, and incorporates his 20 years of racing and training experience with his academic and applied background in sports psychology and sports science, to deliver positive psychology workshops to help athletes at every level to continuously strive to achieve their best.
